To transfer to a Verification Message, press 1.

This reiterates the message and gives a second Press 1 option to connect to the State Capitol main switch board.

• This double option reduces caller confusion and still gives opportunity to direct connect to main switch board.
  
  
• Record one message for a machine, i.e., "Hi this is Joe with...... sorry that we missed you today, but we're asking you to call your state representative at…."
  
  
• A live recording would say...."Press 1 to be transferred to the state capitol switchboard now"
  
  
• Your verification message will briefly remind the caller what to say once they are connected to the main switchboard.
  COST = $ .15 cents per minute, plus $ .05 cents per call for a message up to 35 seconds.
